Meet the Chef

Born and raised in South Louisiana, Chef Craig Walker's passion for cooking was ignited by the eccentric atmosphere of his family kitchen, where cooking and eating was only half of the meal. After graduating at the top of his class from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Austin, TX, Walker pursued his fascination of international cuisine to Palm Beach, FL, where he trained and honed his skills at Cafe L' Europe working alongside internationally recognized Chefs for several years later. Walker returned to his Louisiana roots a true culinary expert and opened up two of his own restaurants in New Orleans. After several years of success, Walker decided to take a leap from ownership and continue in the culinary world as an Executive Chef at a new concept called 7908 Supper Club, in Aspen, CO. After designing, organizing and launching the Supper Club into one of the top rated culinary establishments in Colorado, Walker decided to transition his focus on providing individual clients with a unique culinary experience that blends the excitement of cooking with and intimate educational presentation. Today Chef Craig lives in Newport Beach, CA where he showcases his talents by creating private dining experiences for various clientele as well as offering cooking lessons to individuals or groups.

Each experience is created using only the freshest produced, sourced from local farmers.
